whenever I am trying to navigate with my mouse everytime I am over a image I
get this menu thingy that blocks whatever I am trying to see. A picture is
worth 1000 words so here it is, the arrow is pointing to it.

Please help me get rid of this damn thing, also the title bubbles that do
sort of the same thing.

thanks in advance

Thank you for posting that feedback. I wasn't about to install a program

That's not it. It's a system setting you can change.

Nope, not going to Vista. Why?
Simple: It offers me nothing I need or
even want that I don't already have.
So, why switch? NOT gonna happen.
