How do I stop this error message every time I send an Email?

Help!
In outlook express I have hotmail and (ntlworld as
default) in my mail account.
Can anyone tell me how to stop hotmail trying to send an
old message,or how to erase it, I'm quite new to the
computer but I can follow instructions, this is the error
message that I keep getting every time I send a new
message, ( An unknown error has occurred.
Account: 'Hotmail',
Server: ' http://www.yqcomputer.com/ '
, Protocol: HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Message size is
too large', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number:
0x80004005), please help,

It sounds like you have an email waiting to be sent in
your local folder outbox. Check there and if that is the
case just delete it.
