Login Scripts / Group Policy

Hello,
We just entered having a domain network with AD in win2k3 svr.
I have a couple questions.
1. How can I control all the workstation's policies from the svr? gpedit.msc
??
2. When I create my login-scripts for the users...where do they go on the
svr filesystem? Does that folder need to be shared so on the usr account
profile, the login box should have something like \\svr\scripts

You would control all policies by creating policies that are at or above the
ou the workstations reside in. There by some specific policies might be set
to impact all workstations (Highest level) and some for more specific sets
of workstations (Department level) that are a sub-set of the main ou (They
are in a sub-ou of the main ou).

The scripts need to reside in your sysvol
