An example of a lame delegation would be if you have a domain zone on this
DNS delegating a child name. If you select the delegation it will display
the NS records of the DNS servers that should have a zone for
"child.domain.com"
If the delegation has an NS record for itself but there is no zone for
child.domain.com you will get this error.
Another cause for this is this DNS server has itself listed in the Root Hint
server list.
Also, make sure this DNS does not have itself listed for a forwarder.
Check the Zone transfers tab of all zones, and make sure it is not notifying
itself of a zone transfer. I've seen this happen if you have selected
"Notify DNS servers listed on the Name Server tab"
