Description:

Microsoft's Events and Errors Message Center
http://www.yqcomputer.com/

has this information for EventID 10, Source winmgmt:
http://www.yqcomputer.com/
ProdName=Windows%20Operating%20System&ProdVer=5.2&EvtID=10
&EvtSrc=WinMgmt&LCID=1033

which leads to the WMI error constants page at
http://www.yqcomputer.com/

0x8004106C translates to:
"WMI is taking up too much memory. This can be caused by low memory
availability or excessive memory consumption by WMI."

Are you using a filter in the EventViewer?
