I installed sp2 the other day and I am having trouble
with my agp slot on my mb.

I looked in the device manager and this is what is having
the problem:

Intel 82865G\PE\P Processor to AGP Controller - 2571

I have tried re-installing the device with the new
drivers provided online at nVidia and ASUS (asus mb) but
neither work. This problem just started after the sp2
install and I can't roll it back.

Please Help!

Update your chipset (motherboard) drivers and check you have the latest
Bios. It's telling you there is a problem with the Controller, NOT with the
graphics card itself.

yea im having the same problem with my 9800 pro

after the install of sp2 my display adapters were missing
on the reboot. and i havnt got them restored yet.

A 9800 Pro is an ATI card. Drivers are available at www.ati.com
