1. "data is invalid" when attempting to install any USB devices...
In article <cbjvp6$30dq$ XXXX@XXXXX.COM >,
Apparently this thing also wants DA_Q_NO_PREVENT. But now I'm
getting somewhere. The error messages have stopped. I can
get data from the stick with
dd if=/dev/da0 of=/dev/null
If I try to mount the stick, I get
# mount -t msdos /dev/da0s1c /camera
msdos: /dev/da0s1c: Invalid argument
I thought this meant I had to format the stick, but after
newfs_msdos /dev/da0
I still get the same error.
Am I mounting the wrong thing? Or what am I doing wrong here?
# fdisk da0
******* Working on device /dev/da0 *******
