Program to get XP All Programs List to work like Vista All Programs List

I was wondering of there is a software program to get Windows XP All
Programs List to work like Vista's.
I am running out of room. I know I can set the list to scroll, but
surely some one has come up with something to solve this problem

Program to get XP All Programs List to work like Vista All Programs List

Harold,
Go to the 'Settings' item on the Start Menu and choose the
'Taskbar and Start Menu' item. On the 'Start Menu' tab choose 'Use
Personalized Menus' from the list and put a tick in the checkbox next to it.
This makes program shortcuts that you haven't used for a while '"disappear"
(they don't get deleted) and so the list becomes much shorter. To get the
'hidden' items back again, just click on the double "down arrows" at the
base of the menu that are now apparent.

Time for a little organization. The "All Programs list" is a composite
of two folders. Like all other Windows folders, these folders can have
sub-folders.

Right-click on the Start button and select either "open" or "open all
users" (the latter includes programs available to all users on the
computer). Now open the "Programs" folder. Create new folders in the
Programs folder as required and move the appropriate shortcuts into them.
