Further to my question yesterday I've had a thought that my problem running
an application in a limited may not be with the application but with DirectX.
When the application is run I get a message that "Your DirectX Version is
V0.0. Please install DirectX 9.0 etc.". DirectX is installed on the limited
account any ideas, thanks.

Does Windows XP even have limited accounts?? Oh wait, yes, it does, but one
is limited in that nothing runs, nothing installs, and nothing works unless
the network's administrator breathes down one's neck (and even then) .. hm
.. I hope they fix that with Vista .. oh wait .. yes, they will be fixing
that in Vista .. thank heavens!
