Further to Down Arrow key misbehaving?

Further to Down Arrow key misbehaving?

On further investigation I have discovered that the Page Up & Page Down keys
no longer work and that the arrow up and down keys have somehow been
converted to replace the function of Page Up & Page Down keys - is this weird
or not?
Any solution gratefully accepted. Thanks - Andy

1st thing to do, try a different Keyboard.
