Wireless Intellimouse Explorer 2.0 HELP

It just sounds like the wireless connection is not being made. It also
sounds like you have done just about everything we could suggest. Have
you tried using both PS/2 and USB at the same time? Try turning the
computer off, plug in both PS/2 and USB, turn on the computer, and try
connecting. Also, does the computer even detect the wireless transciever
or keyboard or mouse? Is the keyboard wireless as well and are you
using two wireless transcievers or do they work together?

I got the mouse working partially. It works fine if i plug it in without restarting windows, but as soon as I restart the computer it stops working. Removing the software that came with the mouse might be helpful so i'll try that when i have the time.

The keyboard is not wireless so i'm only using one transciever. I haven't tried using both USB and PS/2 at the same time since I have no idea how to do that. I'm not sure if the computer detects the mouse, don't have the time to check that right now.

I have a couple MS Multimedia keyboards that have both USB and PS/2. I
plug them both in and it works fine. It should be pretty easy to see
where they go once you look at the back of the computer.
