1. The index entry for row ID was not found in index ID 5

2. Index service not indexing word docs created from template

We're running windows 2000 server SP4, and I've encountered an unusual
problem where the index server doesn't index files created with a
certain set of templates. I've tried reinstalling the service,
recreating the catalog, removing the PDF IFilter just in case, and
nothing seems to make this work. We have many other sites using the
same setup that are not experiencing any problems. If someone has
experienced this before, please let me know what you discovered. Any
and all assistance is greatly appreciated.
