PC crashes at random and when opening event viewer.

I have multiple Dell Optiplex 270 on our network. The problems started
about a month ago and have recently got worse. At times the PC's will
freeze at random. The freeze makes the PC stay on but the monitor look
as if it's in a standby mode. The only way to restart the PC is to hold
the power button in until it powers off. I cannot access the event
viewer in anyway without safe mode. Here are the errors I am getting
from the event viewer in safe mode.

I formatted this computer freshly the other day along with another one
of the same model. Both are doing the same exact thing with
freezing/system crash at event viewer open. I'm pretty stumped by this
problem. Can't find anything relevent to my problem here.

When I formatted the PC I did a full format, not a quick format. I
installed all the windows updates and all drivers are supplied by dell,
the manufactuer.

TIA

For anyone having the same problem. This is a motherboard problem and a
known issue with Dell. Fortunately the PC's were still in warranty and
they just replaced the motherboards. Caused by leaking capacitors.
