Cisco SSL VPN Client suffers from slow response on WinXP Pro.

A contractor seating in my office and he forms a SSL VPN connection with his
backend Cisco 3030 concentrator(OS version 4.7.2C) using his Cisco SSL VPN
Client version 1.0.1.116. The formation of SSL VPN connection is OK.

However, the response of using Microft File Explorer to map to his Microsoft
server and browing his mapped drive (via the SSL VPN connection established)
is comparatively much slower than that he did at home.

The PC he is using in my office is Windows XP Professional with SP2 applied,
meanwhile, Novell IntranetWare Client 4.83 SP1, Novell ZENWorks and HP RADIA
client have been installed on that PC as well.

Any setting/parameter tunning on the client side to improve the performance
of file server mapping and browing?

Any DNS suffix or WINS server from client side network should be added to
that PC?

Does anyone know Cisco SSL VPN and Microsoft XP integration and performance
tunning?
