Help, what is WINKBMU.exe WINKVR.exe WINKXO.exe

The programs listed above were found running in the task
manager chewing up all my cpu. I can 'End Process' and
the computer runs fine; however, the executables reappear
after reboot and peg cpu at 100 percent. I can't find any
mention of these files on the net. Please advise as to
the nature of the files, possible disabling, or removal.

Also, I found this and similar named files (xo & bmu) in
the /windows/prefetch folder:
winkvr.exe-04E40453.pf
Didn't find anything else on the machine.
I'm assuming the .pf file is just some sort of prefetch
cache or something, I think.

Thanks,
Dumbfounded
