Printer will print when online but will not print from
any program when not online such as word, wordpad,
notepad, etc....I need help!!!

try reinstalling the drivers that came with your printer
i'm not sure what you mean by online though please clarify
and is your printer networked to other computers

the programm disc for my all in one does not work on my new pc a message
appears this disc is formatted for mcintosh it didnt do this on my old one
-how can i fix it to run on my new pc-
