1. Cannot transfer files from Win XP to Win ME
2. Publisher File Expands upon printing and clogs up printer spool
When I go to print one of my student's publisher files,
say something along the lines of 86kb, I look into the
printer queu in windows and it says it is trying to print
a 25 mb file, and is obviously taking it's time doing so.
I looked into the knowledge base and it alluded to linked
files and of lowering the printer's resolution. We have a
HP 4100n. Any suggestions?
