Hello,

I've tried to connect with a modem to modem connection. When the connection
is established, i will send a Remote Assistance Request. Every time I want to
create the msrcincident file to get the information for call the remote
desktop, I get the error "Program has not started. Please try again". I also
searched in the english knowledgebase for it, but no relevant topics were
found. But there was an article (900904). Therefore you have to do some
changes into the regestry and computer management but all these changes
doesn't have any good effect! So I 'm not sure, what to done, cause of get a
Remote Connection between these both PCs without the msrcincident file!

Can any body help me.
I use a P4 PC within 1 GB RAM and Windows XP Professional Version 2002
within SP 2.

Please give me a solution, need this very urgent.
