There are different methods depending on whether you want to modify an
existing theme or create a new theme. For more information, go to
http://www.yqcomputer.com/ "themes".

I searched this site for "themes," found several pages about how to select or change the default (the buttons for this are easy to find), but I did not find any information about modifying existing or creating a new theme. I want to create (and sculpt) a new theme, and still can't see how to do it.

Create a new theme Help
Assistance > FrontPage 2003 > Creating Web Pages > Themes

Show All
Hide All

1. On the Format menu, click Theme.
2. In the Theme task pane (task pane: A window within an Office
application that provides commonly used commands. Its location and small
size allow you to use these commands while still working on your
files.), at the bottom, click Create new theme.
3. Set the properties that you want.
4. Click Save As, type a name for the new theme, and then click OK.
