There are some specialty fonts that are nothing but enclosed alphanumerics.
Some of them create double-digit numbers by using two characters that join.
There's one called CombiNumerals at
http://www.yqcomputer.com/ , something called Bullet
Numbers at http://www.yqcomputer.com/ ,
Circle Numbers at http://www.yqcomputer.com/
Enclosed Alphanumerics character subset of Unicode (font in Arial Unicode
MS) has circled numbers but only black on white.
