Public folder migration Ex5.5 to Ex2003

Public folder migration Ex5.5 to Ex2003

I'm hoping the newsgroup can lead me to the right direction here...here is
the config:

Domain #1 - NT4 domain with Exchange 5.5 org

Domain #2 - Win2000 Mixed Mode domain with Exchange 2003 different org than
Domain #1

Simply stated, is there anyway to migrate the public folders to Exch2003 in
a whole new Exch org? I've read on the pfMigrate tool but MS stated it is
only intended for public folder migration within the same org. Is that
correct? Does anyone know of any other third-party app to help accomplish
this? Some users are real dependent upon the use of public folders and we
want to try to avoid "rebuilding" the public folders if at all possible?
Thanks in advance.

you might consider the inter org replication tool from microsoft to replicate
public folders to your new exchange organisation.

Thanks for the lead. From what I've read, their are two versions of
InterOrg Rep Tool, an Exch 5.5 ver. and an Exch2003 ver. The system
requirements for the 5.5 version are that both Exchange servers have to be
NT4. Not my case, I have a 5.5 and 2003 side-by-side in two different Orgs.
On the other hand, the 2003 version of InterOrg requires Win2000 Server to
Win2000 Server. Does anyone know of a successful public folder sync between
an Exch5.5 and Exch2003 in which both servers reside in different Orgs?
