I agree that one answer from anyone does not suffice with regards to your
comment. However, it is very difficult as most of the users here post
problems with one piece of information and expect a resolution. This is
impossible. Mail flow issues can take anywhere from 1 hour to 4 hours for
an MS SP to solve, during which time an enormous amount of information about
the customer's environment is collected in order to solve the problem. If
you want dedicated solution, this is the wrong place to look as only short
advices are given here.
