We print bank statements for a variety of customers &
need to convert ascii print image files to a .dbf format

There are several types:
I need to create a specified number of fields regardless
of the number of print lines in any one document

1) Variable # lines with a form feed as a record delimiter
The FF is a new page prompt

2) Variable number of lines with a "channel 1 skip format"
or VFC

Row 1 Col 1 contains a '1' to prompt to a new page
There are various mutations of this format depending on
the data. John Doe could have 1 page statements and Jane
Doe could have multi page where we print the header info
repeatedly or skip it until we get a new account #

3) Fixed #of lines per page generally no FF prompt
