Unknown in Queue manager

In my Queue Manager there is always an empty messages ready to send.

It can be deleted but it reappears all the time. A couple of times a
day I receive an email message from Unknown and it seems to me that
this is that mysterious message in the Queue Manager.

Is there any way to delete that empty message permanently?

Make sure there are no valid messages in the queue. With Pegasus
shut down, use Windows Explorer to look in your Pegasus mail
directory for files (probably zero bytes in size) with a .pmw,
.pmx, or .pnx extension and delete them.

Such "phantom messages" in the queue aren't uncommon. I don't know
if anybody knows what causes them.
