"11.04: Can't open Time and Date settings
Hi,

Since my clean install of 11.04 using the Unity desktop (takes a little
getting used to) I notice I cannot adjust the system clock any more...

I usually configure Ubuntu to sync to an internet time server but this
is no longer possible as I cannot open the System Settings > Time and
Date dialog.

Can anyone reproduce this or am I the only one?"

To answer his last question, probably no.
