Yeah, seen that too. Intel is still being grilled at Europe, but to restore
fair competition can be hard. It's like trying to punish a country for nuking
another. You can never bring the victims back to life.

By lacking regulation, the US has done itself no favours. It grew an army of
predators, in-house.
