Get the state of Lithium Coin Battery

Post by kenji_mats » Fri, 06 Feb 2004 21:45:12

HI .

Is it possible to know the voltage of Lithium Coin Battery on mother board
is full or low programatically.

I tried the following app:
http://www.yqcomputer.com/ , "BIOS"
and it showed about RTC battery information.
But it claimed as battery is full, even after
I took coin battery.

So does anyone know some information about doing this?

TIA

Kenji

Thanks for your reply,
but that is just out of point.

The following page describes how BIOS recognizes battery is low.
http://www.yqcomputer.com/

So i want to implement similar code.
