800x600 is not displayed full-screen on 1024x768 tft in Xfree86-4.5.0

Hello,

I have ct69000 on motherboard. On Xfree86-3.3.6 I'd set CMOS to 1024x768 and
XF86Config (see below) to 800x600 and have X running full-screen from which
I assume driver senses resolution difference and sets videochip to scale
automatically.
But on 4.5.0 with the same CMOS and XF86Config-4 (see below) resolutions
I have 800x600 "window" at the center of the 1024x768 panel surrounded by
black
frame, no auto scaling. So how would I turn scaling on?

Thank you,

Pavel.

1. 1024x768 LCD Screen won't change to 800x600 or 640x480

2. Screen resoulution horrible on 800x600, built on 1024x768

My screen resolution is set at 1024x768. I create a site in DW. It looks centered, and is on one page when vied from my machine.

I viewed my site from a different machine set at screen resolution of 800x600. My page looks off-center, and now takes up two pages horitiontally (you have to scroll).

Is there a simple way to fix my problem so my site can be viewed at any screen resolution so that it remains on one page horizionatlly? Is there a "detect screen resolution" I can add into my website?

The url is listed below.

Thanks,
Greg
