Dialup connection sharing on LAN? XP home

Dialup connection sharing on LAN? XP home

For some reason following my nose isn't enough on this.

I want to use the internal modem dialed-up internet connection on machine I1200,
which is connected as well to a LAN hosted by a linksys router serving only
as a switch (not an internet connection, nothing is connected to that port).

I can click share this internet connection on the dialer properties, but can't
see how to get other machines, say I2200, to see or be aware of the dialed up
modem connection over on machine I1200.

Everybody gets a dynamic IP address from the router. I2200 can see I1200's
shared folders fine, and vice versa for that matter.

Where's the way around this stupidity dead-end?
