HotMail and Yahoo accounts are not considered "professional" because
they do not strongly identify a person. This is related to two
phenomena:

1. HotMail and Yahoo accounts are easy to create using fake
identifies. Just because your HotMail account says your name is "Joe
Blow", doesn't mean that I should believe that your legal name really
is "Joe Blow."

2. HotMail and Yahoo acocunts are personal accounts, not business
accounts. I am XXXX@XXXXX.COM . This relates me with a
business, which connects my interest with this topic in a
"professional" way. "Professional", after all, really means
"something that you are being paid to do." If you are being paid to
do something, a business name is usually attached to it.

"pen testing" is short for "Penetration Testing."

Penetration Testing is the process of trying to break into a system in
an effort to identify the security vulnerabilities of the system.
