Tool to monitor apps connections (tcp) for Win98?

hi,

I'm pulling my hair out here, does anyone know where i can get a
freeware tool that will monitor TCP connections from my pc and what
application the connections are coming from? i've found ones for
nt/2000 but not win 98.

Kerio will do that, and it has built-in firewall functionality!
I would NOT, however, user ver. 4- it is very unstable/bloated.
