I need to do a lot of move and delete DOS command. A command window
pop-up for each command. Is there a way to avoid this pop-up?

Are you using

options noxwait noxsynch;

?


That will keep things in synch and close those command windows, but
I'm not sure about preventing them from appearing in the first place.

You might try 'proc datasets' instead of 'x' if you operate just on
datasets.

write the commands to a script or batch file, and executing that just
once will generate only that box.

Alternatively the sastem option XMIN may be helpful as you are running
on Windows
