Anyone have experience with dst_sync on Unixware 7?

We had a problem with one of our servers adjusting two hours ahead for
daylight savings time instead of one. Apparently what happened was
that it first sync'd with a national time server (as all of our
servers do) and then dst_sync adjusted it another hour. Apparently
what I need to do is figure out how to disable dst_sync.

I have somewhat limited experience with Unix (and especially Unixware)
and have found virtually no online documentation for dst_sync, so any
pointers on how to do this (or where to look to find docs) would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks.

dst_sync changes the timezone offset in seconds in /stand/boot.
this can be done manually too.

The problem is usually that because of the too large offset, the machine
does not syncronize to the given ntp server.

Forgive me for seeming terribly ignorant of these matters, but how
does one check which ntp server is being used?

ntpq then on the "ntpq>" prompt type "lpeer".
or "xntpdc" and then "sysinfo".
