Hello,
thanks for the previous help.
I installed Solaris 10 11-2008 successfully with dual OS.
I want to change the default boot to windows, but the grub menu.1st
located in /boot/grub is gone. how can I change the default boot to
windows instead of solaris now?

Thanks in advance.

from opensolaris link to http://www.yqcomputer.com/ ,
then you get:
http://www.yqcomputer.com/

is the incoming solaris 10 10/08 based on the nevada build 97? my dell
computer network card only works with neveda build 97 or above.

not sure what happened to the menu.lst?

thanks.

That is *not* Solaris 10.

No

Look at /rpool/boot/grub/menu.lst

osol-0811-97 ISOs, the pre-release version of OpenSolaris 2008.11, based
on Nevada build 97. There is on 10 over there. is it development version
of solaris 10?

does the solaris 10 10/08 support broadcom 5754 network card?

yes, the file is found. Thanks.

No, it is different fork in the OpenSolaris road.

You'll have to wait for the realses to know.

The current version of OpenSolaris is osol-0811-98. It is reported to be
the development version of Solaris 11. This is Solaris Express, sometimes
called Nevada, build 98:

$ uname -a
SunOS einstein 5.11 snv_98 i86pc i386 i86pc

No idea; check the HCL

http://www.yqcomputer.com/

There are lists for Solaris 10, OpenSolaris and Solaris Express.
