Why can i not install CMS Service Pack 1?

Whats mean
- Need Server Side Includes (required by MCMS Server)
- Need ASP (required by MCMS Server)

and how can i solve this problem?

this is discussed in the readme file.
You need to do exactly what is listed here:

Please follow these steps for ASP and server side includes.

Includes for IIS...
