Hi there,

I went through the appropriate steps to set up CRM Exchange Email Router,
and a queue. however when I send emails to this queue it does not get
forwarded to the queue. There are a heap of errors in the event log of the
Exchange server that occurred after installing the router:

Microsoft.Crm.Tools.ExchangeConnectorService.ExchangeSinkServiceException:

Connection to mailbox: crmmailbox failed

Post by matt_calho » Wed, 15 Mar 2006 11:21:34

more info on my problem;

I had set up a XXXX@XXXXX.COM which is a support queue. I have
ran through the tutorial to make it so CRMEmailEnabled and any emails
will go straight to the support queue in CRM however this does not work
due to the aforementioned problem (my previous post) I imagine.

if I login to the crmmailbox account (the account which I have used for
CRM Mail router to go to), it contains no emails from the support
queue. However it does contain user emails that I had previously set
forwarding rules to.

Any help appreciated.
