I have to reinstall my laptop with Windows XP SP2 and Office 2003 with the
current SP. I therefore need to reinstall the CRM laptop client as well.
This is my primary machine. Last time I did this, after OUtlook synchronized
with my Exchange server, and I installed the CRM client, Outlook or the
client duplicated all of the Contacts and some of the calendar appointments
in the CRM database. I own all of the accounts, contacts, leads,..
What is the proper way to reinstall the client so that no duplication occurs.
Also, I have a few employees that use the same desktop. Can I install the
CRM client for each users' Windows/Outlook profile or am I limited to only
one user per computer?
In addition, I have a few employees that use the Terminal Server as well as
a Desktop and laptop. I cannot configure the TS login script for CRM because
they will also login to other computers and cause issues with the CRM client.
How can I configure CRM integration into the TS OUtlook profile for when
they only login to the TS.
Please let me know what to do here.
