CRM v1.2 a/b/c

CRM v1.2 a/b/c

Post by John O'Kee » Fri, 26 Dec 2003 23:18:53

Microsoft support claims that there are v1.2a, v1.2b, v1.2c. "c"
obviously being the latest/greatest and is the version customers will
receive on CD in January.

Anyone know which a/b/c the MSDN version is?

CRM v1.2 a/b/c

Hi John,

There is only one fully released version of Microsoft CRM v1.2, which is
release 3297.1. Those CD's are still in the process of being shipped to
customers and should be arriving shortly after the first of the year. This
is also the version that has been posted on MSDN.

All previous releases of v1.2 prior to build 3297.1 were for Beta testing
purposes only. If you can let me know who within Microsoft support
provided information on the existence of a/b/c releases, which is
incorrect, I will make sure they are provided with the correct release
information to avoid confusion in the future.

Thank you, Jeff,

Jeff,

Thank you for the reply. I will find out on Monday. We were told this
when we called about our v1.2 license keys which we desperately need. We
were told we would 1st need to receive the CDs and they will contain a
Product ID Key which we can use to get the serial numbers. We completed
a complete network upgrade last week (including Exchange 2003) and need
to CRM back up ASAP for our sales team.
