Issue with the Reagrding button from within an email

sometimes when i try to link an email to CRM, when I press the 'Reagrding'
button, Outllok just freezes there and will not return. The lookup window
never appears and I need to 'kill' the process and restrt Outllook. Has
anyone else experienced this and if so, does anyone have a solution for this?
