For a few weeks I have been happily synching my Dell X50 PDA with CRM through
my laptop over a VPN or on the LAN. Yesterday, it stopped working. When I
start the sink, offline changes are sent from the PDA but not received by the
server and it fails to pick up any server changes as well.
There are no errors, just a 'sync in progress' message that never ends.
Can anyone explain this to the layman? Is there a service that needs to be
restarted? My CRM administrator is unavailable for 3 weeks and I would really
appreciate some advice.
