i there,
I have trying to updrade our development server from CRM 3.0 to CRM
4.0 without any luck. The first time I ran the CRM 4.0 installer I got
a timeout error. I then restarted the server and ran the setup again
and chose repair installation. Now all it get when trying to access
CRM is the error message below.

I have the same problem and have read the Microsoft common upgrade problems,
however this issue is not resolved or discussed here. Can you please give
more assistance.
