I finally got around to installing CRM 1.2 from the January Action Pack I
purchased.
At the set up licenses page it ask for the Comany name and Key code.
I used my company name that reqistured with Microsoft and the key provided
on the CD (there are 2 Keys) tried them both, with and without dashes.

Any ideas on why it's being rejected or how to resolve???

Thanks, Eddie

I suspect that you dont use your own company name for the organization name
for the action pack but perhaps others can clarify. Also search on the
archives of this group at groups.google.com for actionpack and see if this
have been mentioned

Actually, you get a license, but you need to register for the "real" CRM
license. Check the history of the group (and the main crm group) via Google and
you should be able to find the steps to register it.

Hi Eddy,

Try to register your license with Microsoft on
https://mbs.microsoft.com/mbsregistration/ChooseRelationship.aspx
After registration You'll receive an e-mail with your registration key that
you can use to install your version. Thet Comapny name has to be the same as
you use with your registration!!!

regards Mario
