CRM 4 - Create Workflow, missing Status Reason field

Hi,

i'm trying to create workflow for Case entity in CRM 4, but I can't set a
Status Reason value (statuscode), because the Status Reason field isn't shown
on the Set Properties form. Normally, this field is on the Case form.

Do you know how can I resolve this problem?

Hi Mira,

Instead of step "Update record" you should rather add step "Change Status".

Yes, it will be right solution and equivalent to update.
