Hide Internet Explorer icon/ program on Child's PC

My 13 year old daughter has a Vista OS laptop and uses AOL. Parental controls
are in place and working to my liking. Under no circumstances do I want her
surfing on IE, even using the limts I can set on IE 7.

Using Vista's parental controls seems to muck up her AOL access and
experience. All attempts at using Vista's parental controls have gotten very
messy in terms of AOL usage.

I am the administrator of her PC. Can I block her access to IE 7? It'd be
great if she could not even see it under 'programs'.

In my 'perfect world', I'd like her to use AOL to her heart's content
without ever seeing access to IE 7.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

You can probably do it through the Windows Firewall setup item on
Start>Control Panel>Windows Firewall
