Can one disable the disabling of copy & paste?

Some website for "security reasons" ||-( disable copy & paste to login
data fields (typically uid and pwd).

This always infuriates me like hell, since I use a pwd manager that uses
that mechanism to "inject" that data for me (if I so choose) and this
then doesn't work , i.e. I have to type things by hand.

Can one disable this nonsense? I.e. is there some plugin / registry
setting or whatever it takes to disable the disabling of copy & paste
once and for all?

Hi Michael,

This may be caused by a security zone setting - "Allow scripting of Internet
Explorer web browser control".

The safe way to do this would be to enable this setting for the Trusted
Sites zone and then add those sites that you trust to the zone so that your
form-filling software can work.

What software are you using BTW. The Google and Live Toolbars come with form
filling functions and RoboForm, I find is quite good, although my personal
recommendations is not to use any toolbars or browser extensions.

Regards.
