Sending mail to several groups listed in BCC receives a failure on one
address that I know to be correct but none of the messages are sent.
Sending to all of these groups individually seems to work.
Is there a problem with listing multiple groups in the BCC field or are
they perhaps not concatenating correctly? Jest deleting the failing
address seems to move the error to another address but not adjacent in the
group list so they must be sorted some other way prior to
checking/sending..

You will get that error message if you send to more recipients than your ISP
allows. A single group probably does not exceed the limit where as multiple
groups do. You will need to call your ISP and find out what the limit is and
work around it.

Thanks, but I doubt that this is the problem as it has worked before and I
actually pay for a "business broadband" service which should have no
restriction on copies.
I suspect a corrupted address list but I can't spot it from the listing
produced after saving to draft and then checking before 'SEND'

Hmmm..... But you say the groups send OK when sent separately. A bad
address error should show for at least one group then.

Difficult to check back but this was probably after I had deleted the
offending address from the group.
It's also a bit difficult to experiment without the possibility (if it
works) of sending the test message to a lot of people..
However I have to send another 'round robin' today sometime so I'll see
what happens then as after sending the last message to the lady concerned
individually from my address book (without any change) I added her back in
the group for the next occasion and crossed my fingers!!..
