After rebooting the server i got two errors, and Certificate server does not
strat.

certsrv.exe (7540) Error -1811 occurred while opening a log file
C:\WINNT\system32\CertLog\edb0001C.log.

Log file does not exist.
I use the folowing backup command :
Certutil -f -backup D:\Backup\CABackup password
Certutil -f -backupDB D:\Backup\CABackup\DB
Certutil -f -backupKey D:\Backup\CABackup\Key password

If i issue command for restore i got following error :
Certutil -f -Restore D:\Backup\CABackup password
Certutil -f -RestoreDB D:\Backup\CABackup\DB


Restored keys and certificates for FQDNofCA\Aname of the CAfrom
D:\Backup\CABackup\\ CAname of the CA.p12.
Restoring database for FQDNofCA\Aname of the CA
Not a valid backup directory: D:\Backup\CABackup\.
CertUtil: -restore command FAILED: 0x8007010b (WIN32: 267)
CertUtil: The directory name is invalid.

Whatever is the path D:\.... Does not work. I need to make CA functional,
how to recover my CA.
Server is Windows 2000 DC with latest SP. CA is enterprise authority .

Try running Check Disk and select the option to automatically fix file
system errors. If that does not help you could try to restore a recent
System State backup before this all happened. There may be quicker or other
fixes but offhand that is what I would try. You might also want to post in
the Microsoft.public.security.crypto newsgroup. The link below from
Eventid.net may also help as others have solve a similar problem. --- Steve
