Another approach that worked for me was to pass all requests not t
InfoPath/SharePoint but to a web site. The XML read from this exampl
must be saved from an open and blank InfoPath form and saved to the we
site.

XmlDocument xDoc = new XmlDocument();
xDoc.Load(context.Server.MapPath("LE Request.xml"));

//context.Response.ContentType = "text/xml";
context.Response.ContentType = "application/ms-infopath.xml";
//context.Response.Charset = "";
XmlNameTable nt = xDoc.NameTable;
XmlNamespaceManager nsMgr = new XmlNamespaceManager(nt);
nsMgr.AddNamespace("my"," http://www.yqcomputer.com/ :44:14");

XmlNode tempNode
xDoc.SelectSingleNode("/my:myFields/my:CalendarID", nsMgr);
tempNode.InnerText
context.Request.QueryString["CalendarID"].ToString();

tempNode = xDoc.SelectSingleNode("/my:myFields/my:ExamName"
nsMgr);
tempNode.InnerText
context.Request.QueryString["ExamName"].ToString();

tempNode = xDoc.SelectSingleNode("/my:myFields/my:CourseStartDate"
nsMgr);
tempNode.InnerText
context.Request.QueryString["CourseStartDate"].ToString();

tempNode = xDoc.SelectSingleNode("/my:myFields/my:CourseEndDate"
nsMgr);
tempNode.InnerText
context.Request.QueryString["CourseEndDate"].ToString();

tempNode = xDoc.SelectSingleNode("/my:myFields/my:ExaminationCost"
nsMgr);
tempNode.InnerText
context.Request.QueryString["ExaminationCost"].ToString();

tempNode
xDoc.SelectSingleNode("/my:myFields/my:StudyMaterialsCost", nsMgr);
tempNode.InnerText
context.Request.QueryString["StudyMaterialsCost"].ToString();

tempNode = xDoc.SelectSingleNode("/my:myFields/my:CourseType"
nsMgr);
tempNode.InnerText
context.Request.QueryString["CourseType"].ToString();

context.Response.Write(xDoc.OuterXml)
