Switching between Dreamweaver open windows (flickering)

I'm using dreamweaver MX 2004 for Mac OSX.

Ok...say that I am working on a project and I have 10 differn't files
(windows) open in dreamweaver. When I switch to a differnt file that is
already open it "flickers between several pages before finally pulling the page
I clicked on to the top. I really don't knwo how to describe this but I'm sure
that others of you have experianced the same problem... The only thing that I
can think is that when you click on a open window dreamweaver quickly looks
through all open windows and then organizes the windows based on other files
that are associated with the window that is on top...

How do I turn this feature OFF...

What "feature are you trying to turn off?"
Is your platform up to it? i.e CPU, memory, video card etc
