DW page properties (rollover color change for text links)

Hi,

I have a web page I bulit using Dreamweaver that has text links at the top
and bottom of the page. I want to use a rollover to change the color of the
top links when the user mousesover. Is there a way to change the color of
the links at the top of the page without effecting the links at the bottom
of the page using page properties or any other way?
